• This season’s championship will be held in a similar format to the last running of this championship:
• 1 overall tournament with 2 sections: Above-124 and Under-125. The winner of the Above-124 section will be the 2008/9 Wiltshire Champion, the winner of the Under-125 will be the 2008/9 Wiltshire Minor Champion. Trophy and prize money will be awarded to the 2008/2009 Wiltshire Champion, and prize money to the 2008/2009 Wiltshire Minor Champion.

Games will be played at the Brown Jack public house, 1 Prior Hill, Wroughton, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN4 0RT:

Round 1: 7.30 pm Monday 13^th October 2008

Round 2: 7.30 pm Monday 3^rd November 2008

Round 3: 7.30 pm Monday 5^th January 2009

Round 4: 7.30 pm Monday 2^nd February 2009

Round 5: 7.30 pm Monday 3^rd March 2009

Round 6: 7.30 pm Monday 6^th April 2009

• everyone must play in all 6 rounds.
• the rate of play will be 35 moves in 1 ¼ hours + 15 minutes quickplay finish.
• entry fee is £12 adults / £6 juniors.
• all entry fees will be returned as prizes.
